Boxing and Fitness for Young People and Adults in Neston

Neston Parish Youth in the Community offer non-contact Boxing and Fitness sessions on Thursdays at NCYC


If you want to have fun, learn a new skill and get fit, come and join in every Thursday from 6-8pm :

6pm-7pm - 6 to 10 years (boxing) and adults (fitness)

7pm-8pm - 10 to 15 years (boxing) and adults (fitness)

7-8pm - Sport fitness programme for young females to help with fitness, build confidence and self esteem, relieve stress and help with socialisation.

All sessions are FREE, thanks to funding from the National Lottery.
