Forgive me if i am wrong, but wasn`t the front of the Town Hall being altered so that vehicles could drop off during the construction of Sainsburys as the rear of the Town Hall is not accessable? If so why have they put posts along the front to stop cars parking?

You need to log in before you can do that! It's only a quick registration process to join the AMA network and completely free.
