Mostyn House Development - Photo Diary Part 2

AboutMyArea contributors Chris Howe and Rob Clive have been keeping a photographic eye on the development of the former Mostyn House School site in Parkgate, Neston.
Firstly, from Chris Howe:
Work on the development of the Mostyn House site has continued apace since work began in October (2013) and now some significant signs of change are visible.
The demolition of post 1948 extensions including the swimming pool extension and classroom extension is now largely complete, which should signal the end of the demolition phase of the project. The demolition of the large central extension has exposed all 3 sides of the tower for the first time
As well as demolition there are also signs of construction, with the walls of several of the new homes now up to ground floor window level. A new temporary sales office has also been completed, housed within a demountable structure.
