Mostyn House Development - Photo Diary Part 3

The latest on progress at the Mostyn House site, from AboutMyArea contributor Chris Howe.
After weeks of storms, rain and cloud which has hampered my photographic efforts I have finally been able to get some images of the development at Mostyn House. As it's been over six weeks since my last update a lot has changed and construction of the new homes is well under way.
The first new property which presumably will be one of the show homes looks almost complete and several other properties have quickly risen up from the ground since the demolition phase ended.
Unfortunately my prediction about the scaffolding being removed from the Parade soon was a little premature, it would seem the traffic lights are staying for a little while longer. What's morek the traffic management has been extended now to the Ship Hotel as more scaffolding is being erected along the entire face of the main building.
