The Priory?
Published: 2nd July 2008 10:48 |
I recently bought this postcard (pictured below) and I wondered if anyone knew the buiding and was it demolished to make way for the Priory estate just off Leighton Road?
If anyone has any information or suggestions about this, please leave your comments below. Many thanks.

If you go to http://maps.cheshire.gov.uk/tithemaps/TwinMaps.aspx ,locate Leighton Road/The Priory, Neston, on the modern map.
On the c1875 map you will see the house is called Ashfield House, and on 1910 map it is called The Priory. It also appears on the Tithe map (1836-1851), but is not named.
