KC Inks www.kc-inks.co.uk who sent out a replacement ink cartridge for my printer when it started playing up, with no quibble whatsover (and before they'd even recieved the faulty one back!)

O2 - who told me I didn't need a PAC code to transfer my number, left me without a line for a day, then told me it would be 5 working days, THEN told me I was right all along, I did need a PAC code and it would be another 2 days...
