The NSPCC's 24 mile HACK (Hike Against Cruelty to Kids) in East Devon is nearly here! It takes place on Sunday 12 September 2010 around the East Budleigh area. The charity is calling on all walkers in Somerset to sign up now to take part in the hiking challenge.
Why not set the HACK as your challenge for 2010? Encourage your friends, family and colleagues to take part and register NOW. The deadline to register is Friday 27 August 2010, so please sign up without delay.
The East Devon Heaven HACK is a 24-mile sponsored challenge walk that starts and finishes in the spectacular grounds of Bicton College, East Budleigh taking in an unparalleled variety of views including the dramatic Jurassic Coast.
The event will raise money for the NSPCC's Child's Voice Appeal, which will help to expand the NSPCC's vital helpline services - ChildLine the UK's free, confidential 24-hour helpline for children and the NSPCC Helpline for adults concerned about a child.
The registration fee is £15 per person and the walk is for over 18s only. For further details and online registrations and payments, please log on to www.nspcc.org.uk/hack or contact the NSPCC South West local fundraising office on Tel: 01823 346339 or e-mail: canuHACKit@nspcc.org.uk
