Expansion at Hoburne Park Devon Bay set to raise Torbay’s profile with holiday seekers

A major new development has just launched at a Torbay holiday park, Hoburne Park Devon Bay, offering many more holidaymakers an opportunity to buy a part of the English Riviera.
The Woodland Glade development signals a significant investment in facilities at Hoburne Park Devon Bay, which is located in a hillside location within easy reach of Goodrington Sands. Set within a secluded rural area away from the rest of the park and approached via a separate gated entrance, Woodland Glade will offer an additional 28 pitches with a mixture of luxury two and three bedroom holiday caravans and lodges, all with relaxing deck areas and allocated car parking spaces.

The new development follows recent upgrading and renovation to the entertainment and leisure facilities at the holiday park, which includes indoor and outdoor pools, an adventure park, sports field and an entertainment complex.
Hoburne is inviting potential purchasers and local residents the chance to visit the new developments. Hoburne Devon Bay will be holding on open weekend 10am - 2pm on Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5.
