Central Southern Security choose the Westover Group to expand fleet

Central Southern Security, one of the south's largest security firms, has recently taken delivery of five vehicles from the Westover Group, which is now part of one of the UK's largest network of motor dealerships - the Hendy Group.
The security firm has offices in Lymington and Dorchester and specialise in both installation and maintenance all types of burglar alarms, access control and door entry systems, fire alarms, safes and locks.
The Westover Group has supplied three Renault Kangoos and two Dacia Logans which will enable Central Southern Security to deliver a speedier service to its client base across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Surrey and Somerset. Two Renault Kangoo dCi 90 Business vans and one all-electric Kangoo ZE van join the Dacia Logan MCV dCi 95 Stepway estates that will operate as support vehicles, transporting the firm's service engineers to its client base which include schools, holiday parks and hotels, sports centres, housing associations, business parks as well as domestic premises.
The Renault Kangoo is Europe's best-selling small van, with more than 1.6 million sold since 1997, and is specifically designed to meet the needs of professionals. Outstanding fuel economy is delivered by the dCi 90 engine, achieving 65.7mpg, and the vans include Bluetooth, electric windows, parking sensors, satellite navigation and a fuel-saving Eco driving mode.
Central Southern Security as added its first ZE all- electric Kangoo to the company fleet. The new generation of electric Kangoos have a real-world range of 120 miles and offer the same specification as the diesel vans. With Zero Emissions they are an ideal vehicle for operating around towns and cities.
The Dacia Logan MCV Stepway estate offers a responsive performance and impressive economy. The Blue dCi 95 diesel engine produces 95 hp and returns 60.1 to 62.7mpg. With CO₂ emissions of just 97-103g/km they work well for a business user. The vehicle is equipped with rear parking sensors and a seven-inch touchscreen with MediaNav infotainment system which includes sat-nav, Bluetooth connectivity and USB and AUX sockets.
