The Cystic Fibrosis community fundraising family quiz has returned, and as the prize is a laptop it's got to be worth a try !

Simply download the quiz, make copies and challenge your family and friends, then send the forms, with donations, into the CF Trust HQ (address on the quiz sheet) by 24 April 2009.

There are 25 General Knowledge questions - but only a week to go to the deadline !!
