Celebrate Father's day - 21st June!
Father's day will soon be upon us. If you are stuck for ideas, how about a gift voucher to one of our Whisky, Wine or Gin tastings?
WHISKY
Whether you are a whisky enthusiast, a newcomer or you just want to learn a bit more about this fascinating tipple, this tasting is ideal. A two hour evening course introducing the world's finest spirit!
We will sample seven whiskies from around the world all for just £30! Colchester 24th June, Chelmsford 30th June - Gift vouchers are available.
GIN
Neil will give you some nifty tasting tricks and teach you how to make some top-class cocktails at home. During the session, you'll taste 5 premium gins, as the aim here is for you to sample the entire flavour spectrum gin has to offer. So you will try a dry, floral, citrus, savoury, sweet and spice aged gins, all of which served with 5 very different, high quality tonics, for you to mix and match. This is going to be real fun!

COURSE FEE STRUCTURE
As a way of spreading out the cost we ask for a £95 payment on booking, and then £10 in cash each evening. Great value - still less than £22 per evening and SAVING £25 off the price of 8 evenings booked separately (or one night free)!

Love Cheese? Love wine? Why not come along to our cheese and wine matching evening and learn more about the best cheese and wine pairings to enjoy at home.
We shall be exploring a range of delicious cheeses and matching them with some classic wines from around the globe. We shall also talk about food and wine matching more generally, and you'll pick up some really good tips to take away and practice at home.
