Halloween Festival at Marsh Farm
13th & 14th, 20th – 28th October 2018 - Open 10am-5pm

A festival of Halloween fun, activities and events including a FREE pumpkin for every child and our NEW Boo Barn!

Book tickets in advance online and save at www.marshfarm.co.uk.  Members admissions are FREE!  Become a member from £5 per member a month.

Tickets £14.99 on the door or £12.50 online, children under 2 free. This event is FREE for Annual Pass & Magic Pass Holders. Children under 2 who wish to pick a pumpkin £2.00

Cursed - Essex's No.1 Halloween Experience

Cursed is Essex's original award-winning Halloween fright night experience, set in the eerie grounds of Wat Tyler Country Park, near Basildon. During the evening, you will pass through a series of scare mazes which are themed to disturb, distort and scare the living daylights out of you. 2018 is our 10th birthday party, the event is bigger and better than ever before. More actors, larger mazes, street entertainment and catering facilities, we dare you to come and play. With only adrenaline, and your so called friends by your side, prepare to meet some of the most evil creatures around, at the largest fright night experience in Essex.

Open for 10 nights from 10th - 31st October 2018.  7 pm - 11 pm.  £19 per person. 

Not recommended for children under 12.  Children between 12 - 16 are allowed to enter the event at their parent's discretion and must be accompanied by an adult who is over 18.

Halloween Pop Up Game

Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th October and Saturday 3rd November & Sunday 4th November.  Cost £7 per person.  Not recommended for children under 12. 

Annie's attic is set in an unused area of Victoria avenue, Southend on Sea, Can you survive the paranormal happenings within this game and escape alive? Uncover the unknown, use your wits, determination and most importantly don't look behind you! 

This game is a pop up escape game for up to 6 people only. Game is 30 minutes long. The entrance to this game has steep stairs so extra attention must be taken when entering/ exiting the attic.

The Uk's Most Unique Zombie Experience - Kelvedon Hatch Nuclear Bunker

Spooky Day Out With Thomas

Thomas the Tank Engine with a spooky twist, the perfect Halloween treat!

Calling all little engineers! Join Thomas, the number one blue engine, as he visits the East Anglian Railway Museum for a day of spooky family fun. The Fat Controller will also be on hand to make sure that Thomas is being a really useful engine whilst Rusty and Dusty, Sodor’s Station Sweepers, will be causing mischief.

The spookiest train ride in all of Essex 

Experience a spoooooky Halloween Train Ride deep into the woods of the Audley End Estate to visit the Witches! Meet the Witches themselves, receive a special treat and watch them perform their wonderful witchy dance, but make sure you behave yourself so the Witches don’t cast a spell on you!

Visit the Activity Area to create yourself a creepy craft, test out your dance moves, listen to a spooky story and get your face painted!

The ride is spooky but never scary and is, therefore, suitable for all ages.

Booking is required. Tickets will not be available to purchase on the day.

Included in the ticket price:

Train Ride through the woods to visit the witches, craft making, face painting, storytelling, a visit to the dance tent and a gift for every child (gifts for 0-24 months can be purchased on the day for £2.00)

Halloween Pumpkin Event

High Woods Country Park, Colchester, CO4 5JR

Saturday 27th October 2018 12 – 5 pm

Hosted by "Together We Grow" community interest company at the Big Garden.  Hold on to your pumpkin and squashes it's Halloween.  Pick up your pumpkins sown earlier in the year and get creative (other pumpkins will be available if you didn't sow one in spring). Get stuck into pumpkin soup, cake, pie and much much more.
