‘Play in the Park' Play Scheme
Last year, over the Easter and Summer Holidays we visited 22 different venues, providing free sessions for almost 6,000 local children. This year we are aiming to reach even more children, and would be extremely grateful if you could help us in achieving this goal by promoting the scheme to your audience. I have included a poster for your information, if you are willing to display it, that would be great. There is also a short piece of text below, which could be added to a newsletter or webpage.

Following the success of previous years, Play in the Park is coming back to Chelmsford throughout the Easter holidays. It is completely free of charge and will run every weekday between 29 March and 8 April.
The scheme is tailored for children aged 3-11 years. Each two hour long session is packed full of sports and other activities. Selected sessions will also feature special ‘extras'. These may include; cycle awareness, soft play and even parkour lessons with qualified professionals!
