ISS Healthcare has positions available across Torfaen and Newport in elderly care, adult and child care, complex care and reablement care.
Ravina Goodland, Training Coordinator for ISS Healthcare, explained: “We are looking for new recruits to help make a difference within communities across Torfaen and Newport by caring for individuals seeking extra support.
“Carers who join our team will be able to train to help to provide quality care for our older service users, enabling them to continue living fulfilling lives in the homes they know and love, or provide flexible, person-centred support at home or in the community for people of all ages with all kinds of physical or learning disabilities or mental health needs.
“We also have positions available in our complex care teams, providing bespoke care, sometimes around the clock, to enable people with complex needs to be supported in their own homes, and our reablement care team, who work with people to re-learn skills and rebuild confidence and independence after suffering illness or injury.
“It is important that people who need extra support are able to remain in their own homes so our carers make sure this happens and assist them with living an independent lifestyle.”
ISS Healthcare provides care support to thousands of people, with services commissioned through authorities in the area or purchased privately by individual service users or their families.
Its aim is to deliver care, which improves the lives of its service users and that treats them, and their families, with respect, dignity and compassion.
