Visitors can also enjoy the chance to try out the brand new i-VIEW experience at Spinnaker Tower. The interactive touch screens, introduced in April, provide an innovative and exciting way for visitors to interpret the breathtaking views on offer, highlighting key points of interest in the 23 mile view and 1700 years of history, including the chance to trace the Mary Rose's journey from her resting place on the sea bed to the brand new museum located in the Historic Dockyard*. The i-VIEW also switches between day and night time modes allowing visitors using the gigapixel technology to examine both outlooks in minute detail whatever the weather.
The Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth is an iconic 170m tall viewing tower offering visitors spectacular 350° panoramic views of one of the most fascinating seascapes on earth. Its unique position provides visitors with incredible views stretching out for up to 23 miles over the historic harbour, the Solent and the Isle of Wight.
