The Starting Gun: Arena Event

National Museum of the Royal Navy
The National Museum of the Royal Navy will be hosting a very special event in the Arena to commemorate the firing of the first shot fired at sea on 5th August 1914. The 4" gun from HMS Lance which fired the shot is situated in the NMRN's new HMS Hear My Story Galleries. More information will follow in the coming months.
