FIFA Gatecrasher Comes To Havant!

Celebrity gatecrasher, Lee Nelson, is coming to Havant on 25 September but this time he's invited!
The Spring Arts & Heritage Centre is bringing the controversial comedian to town for his brand new show Suited and Booted. Lee Nelson, the alter-ego of Simon Brodkin, will be performing at a brand new venue, Park Community School, in a special gig promoted by The Spring on Friday 25 September at 7.30pm.
That's assuming he'll not be incarcerated at the time, after being charged by the authorities for showering discredited FIFA president Sepp Blatter with fake cash.
The notorious prankster gained entry to a press conference at the Zurich headquarters of football's governing body on Monday 20 July and, in front of the world's press, threw banknotes at Blatter whilst uttering the words "Sepp, this is for North Korea in 2026", making reference to recent accusations over corrupt bidding over the World Cup hosting process. Nelson was then bundled out of the venue by security officials, but not before leaving Blatter with a final message, "Cheers, Sepp - it's all there".
It'll be the first time that Park Community School's new theatre has been used for a major public performance and promises to be the start of new partnership between the school and The Spring Arts & Heritage Centre. Tickets for the event are only available from The Spring's Box Office on 02392 472700 or via their website, www.thespring.co.uk. Park Community School is situated at Middle Park Way, Havant, PO9 4BU.
Lee Nelson is well known for crashing celebrity events, as he proved recently when he climbed onto Glastonbury's Pyramid Stage to interrupt rapper Kanye West's headlining set. In June 2014, Nelson attempted to join the England World Cup squad as they flew from Luton Airport, bound for their training camp in Miami.
