What's On in Drayton And Farlington This February

The following events are taking place in and around the Drayton and Farlington areas this February:
Thursday 4th
Gardening Club Meeting at 7.30pm at St Andrew's Church Hall, Farlington when Brian Kidd will give a demonstration on "Looking forward to spring". Members 50p. Non-members £1.
Saturday 6th
Bring and Buy Coffee Morning between 10.30 and 12.00 at the Drayton United Church. Please give your supports to this event. Proceeds in aid of Hannah's Holiday Home
Saturday 6th
Horse Racing Evening at 7.30pm at the Drayton Centre The cost is £8.00 to include a Ploughman's supper. For more information please contact the Centre on 02392 32
Wednesday 10th
Reviving the Solent's sea bird colonies. The Friends of Portsdown Hill present a talk by Wez Smith, site manager for RSPB reserves in Langstone and Chichester Harbours at the Church of the Resurrection Hall, Drayton at 7.45pm. Sunday 21st
An illustrated talk by Rev. Canon David Power on his recent visit to the Diocese of Ho, in Ghana at 6.30 pm at the Church of the Resurrection. Drayton Admission is free and everyone is welcome to come and hear how support from people in Portsmouth is making a difference in that area of the world. Refreshments will be served during an interval.
Thursday 24th
Three Course Meal (with drink on arrival and coffee) at 12 noon at Southdown College, Waterlooville. This charity event in aid of the Drayton and Farlington Action Group is always popular and the number of tickets is limited so get in early. Tickets cost £15.50p and are available from the Information Centre (92380000).
Saturday 27th
Quiz Night with a Fish and Chip Supper at 7.30pm at St Colman's Church Hall. For tickets prices please phone the Church office on 023 9237 6151. Teams of up to 8. Please note you will need to bring your own drinks.
