A commercial unit at 12a Havant Business Centre, Harts Farm Way, Havant, today (THURSDAY) went under the auctioneer's hammer for £55,000.
The leasehold property, currently vacant, was among 26 lots being sold by regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson.
Elsewhere locally, a freehold ground floor shop with two masionettes, sold on long leases, went for £95,000 and is at 23, 23, 23a and 23b Park Parade, Havant.
The potential rental income on the shop, once a new lease is signed, will be £14,350, said auctioneer Rob Marchant.
He added: "We're seeing signs of a revival in the property market, with some lots going well above estimate in this auction and in our previous two ones.
"The upward trend is underlined by data which indicates that mortgage lending is now the highest in five years since the start of the credit crunch.
"Furthermore, the UK economy appears to be recovering after five years, with official figures released on the same morning as the auction showing growth of 0.6% in the three months to June. These help with positive sentiment."
Re-available is a fully let block of 12 flats at 39-47 Claremont Road, Fratton, generating £83,400 per annum, which had a freehold guide price of £1-1.2m.
A retirement sale of a shop, flat, stores, offices and a former stable, at 200 Kingston Road, Portsmouth, was guided at £200-230,000 freehold.
Stoke Road Baptist Church in Stoke Road, surplus to requirement due to relocation by the local church community to nearby Royal Clarence Marina, had a freehold guide of £90-100,000.
Starting at 11am, the sixth of Clive Emson's eight regional auctions this year takes place at the same venue, the Ageas Bowl, near Easteigh, on Friday, 13 September.
More than 130 people attended the latest one.
