Thumbs Up From Team Hughes Ellard

Russell Mogridge and Harnish Patel from Hughes Ellard covered 75 miles in the fourth annual SEGRO Industry Agents Society (IAS) Cycle Challenge.

The Chilterns event boosted the coffers of LandAid and Orchid.

LandAid, of which industrial landlord SEGRO is a partner, is the property industry's charity which works to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and youngsters in the UK.

IAS' chosen charity is Orchid, which specialises in male-specific cancers affecting more than 43,000 men a year - testicular, prostate and penile tumours.

Russell, the business space director at Hughes Ellard, which is headquartered at the Cams Hall business park in Fareham, said: "It was a super day, with record numbers of riders. The event raised more than £7,000 for two worthy causes supported by the UK property industry."
