Hi: having just seen this Web Site I see there was an article on the Highbury Housing Estate Built in the eary 1930.
Being a keen Film maker I have a copy of a Black& White film of the Estate being built .
This film I belive was shot by a Mr Mitchel , also my late father work on the Estate as a Bricklayer.
If any one has Photo of the Estate being built please let me know Regards: Steve Gover e-mail address

Fantastic, lived the first 20 years of my life on Highbury Grove... Until 11 at 264 right down the bottom and from 12 - 20 at 25 At the top....

There were very few cars parked on the road. I did go back 10 years ago and it was horrific... a real shame.
