Start the New Year in Stye!

On Friday 13th January the first Unicorn Ceilidh of 2017 features the music of the Bullenbush Band wit caller Adrian Turnham. Bullenbush are a long-established 4-piece band featuring piano-accordion, recorders, fiddle, guitars, bass, mandocello and percussion, with a really tight sound.
Adrian is the band’s regular caller, and knows how to match the tunes to his vast repertoire of dances.
All the dances are walked through so you know what to do - the emphasis is very much on enjoying yourself, rather than getting everything step perfect. Be as exuberant or as restrained as you want when you dance!
There's a break at about 9.15 to catch your breath and chat to old and new friends, and a raffle - win a bottle of wine, chocolates, or free entry next time for 20p!
Unicorn Ceilidhs are held at St Mary's Hall, Church Street, Baldock SG7 5AE. It's a 2 minute walk from the Old Town Hall, and it's behind St Mary's Church, in its grounds. As usual we'll have a full bar run by our Committee members, with Real Ale, Cider, wine and soft drinks. Admission is £10 for adults with concessions for children, seniors, students and families – see www.unicornceilidhs.org.uk for details.
Start the New Year with an evening of fun, music and exercise – come on your own, as a couple or a group and enjoy some great music and dancing!
