Alpine Garden Society Meetings

Author: ranunculus Published: 15th September 2011 15:42

WELCOME TO THE ALPINE GARDEN SOCIETY

The East Lancashire Group of the Alpine Garden Society invite you to join us at one of our monthly meetings where you will be sure of a friendly welcome and a unique atmosphere.
We meet on Monday evenings (see list of meetings) and enjoy lectures, demonstrations and workshops by some of the nation's leading growers, nurserymen and exhibitors.  We encourage newcomers and old hands alike and hold plant, seed and book sales, raffles, mini-shows, photo competitions and quizzes an annual National Alpine Flower Show in March each year.
The Group meets at Ramsbottom Civic Hall, in the centre of Ramsbottom, near Bury and doors open at 7pm for a 7.45pm start.
Please give Group Secretary; Cliff Booker a ring on 01706 356385 or send him an e-mail on bookcliffo@aol.com for full details of the Group, the main Society or any of our events.
