Leicester City Does it Again With a 2-0 Victory Over Arsenal

Published: 11th November 2019 09:25

The Foxes are continuing to win and have registered an outstanding victory over Arsenal who are out of their luck once again in this surprising Premier League season.

This is an exciting season and the great stories keep rushing in, the latest is the fantastic triumph of Leicester at the King Power Stadium this last Saturday during tea time.

This win was predicted also by the bookmakers who have given Leicester better odds for beating the Gunners. Absolutely all odds were in favour of the Foxes to win, and the ones that stood out mostly were Bwin at 91/100, Betvictor at 21/20 and the generous Paddy Power who backed Leicester City with 17/10.

At the scene of the game, the hosts waited until minute 68 when a group attack led by the Belgian Youri Tielemans resulted in a score by Jamie Vardy. Vardy also scored his 11th goal this season and it comes as no surprise that the first goal was his. Bookies were backing him to be the first goalscorer with odds of 3/1 (Bwin).

11 minutes later the blues doubled their result with another goal by an exceptional player, James Maddison, who defeated Bernd Leno on minute 79.

Is this enough for Leicester City to win this season? According to free bet sites, probably not. The football free bets at freebets.co.uk are mostly supporting Liverpool to take the title this time, followed by Manchester City. After Liverpools astonishing 3-1 win over City in its Anfield stadium, this premonition is now stronger than ever.

However even if Leicester will not win this season, the Brendan Rodgers's gang is proving weekly that it is worthy of being among the top three UK teams. Having opened a mediocre season the Gunners are facing a snow ball of losses failing to win its fourth time in a row. This is while the foxes have completed their fourth victory in a row this season, showing an opposite trend than that of the Gunners.

As for the near future and getting prepared for their upcoming game against Brighton next Saturday, we are strongly anticipating Leicester to continue its good fortune. With decent odds of 6/5 for the Foxes to win, and only 12/5 to end with a draw (Bet365), it's with quite confidence we say that betting on Leicester this season is bound to be a wise choice.
