All eyes in the fashion world will be on the designer's bold new collection, and the talented dancers from Liverpool Central Studios, as the movie is screened to virtual audiences around the globe. The dancers performing in the film were invited to join some of the biggest names in fashion at the movie premiere as the multi-award winning designer unveiled his latest work.
The striking 25-minute fashion film, choreographed by dance lecturer at Liverpool Central Studios and renowned choreographer, Dane Bates, features dancers dressed in Richard Quinn as they perform an impressive sequence of ballet, hip-hop, ballroom and contemporary dance.
Speaking about the movie, Dane Bates, who has choreographed acts for TV shows such as The Greatest Dancer and Britain's Got Talent, said: "Richard Quinn is one of the most exciting British designers around and it's been a real privilege to work with him and his team on such an incredible project, which has all the makings of an iconic fashion film.
"The choreography is exceptionally well executed and I am particularly proud of the talented dance students from Liverpool Central Studios who were cast alongside a team of highly experienced professional dancers. They performed magnificently as they displayed remarkable skill and ability in executing some difficult choreography."
The Liverpool Central Studios dancers appearing in Richard Quinn's fashion film are Ruby Barnes, Abigail Knowles, Charlotte Johnson, Oakleigh Briscoe and Paige Errington, who said: "The whole experience has been fantastic."
She added: "I've honestly loved everything about it from the very first rehearsals in the studio to dancing on set as the film was shot in London. It's been such an amazing opportunity and so different to anything I've done before. Dancing in Richard Quinn's new collection with perfect hair and make-up was just incredible."
