The Farmers Market in Towcester will be on Friday 11th Augus 2017, at Richmond Road car park in Towcester, next to Dominos. The market runs from 9am to 1.30pm
The variety of produce available at the farmers market does change from time to time, and to go with the traditional farmers market offerings that are always available, there is also a strong Indian cuisine theme. This includes a new business, Kaur's Spices, who provide a very new idea in selling the Indian food taste.
Kaur's Spices sell packets of spice mixes, blended to produce traditional Indian flavours, and also provide the recipe needed to create a wide range of Indian meals. This means customers can prepare the meal themselves, as they like it, and without the problem of buying lots of packets or jars of spices that may only be used once. So the taste of Indian has come to our market.
The Towcester and District Lions Club, who run the market to raise money for local charities, continue with their aim to provide a the unique selection of products and produce that cannot be purchased in local shops, while supporting local businesses.
