Are you or do you know an unemployed 16 to 24 year old from Northampton looking for help to find a job? We’re offering fully funded (FREE) job search sessions.
 
We coach each young person according to their needs & support them with a suite of options including; CV writing, letter writing, application forms, LinkedIn & Zoom introductions, interview skills & preparation, confidence & self-esteem building, entrepreneurship, interpersonal skills, employability skills generally, including comfort zone pushing, teamwork, problem solving, timekeeping, researching and deadlines. We will offer the opportunity to join a peer network, where individuals can talk and support each other.
 
If appropriate we will encourage and support with access to volunteering opportunities, taster sessions, virtual work experience & actual industry placements.
 
Each participant will get a monthly business mentor zoom call. We will assign a mentor from a local business to chat to each participant to coach them and help build their confidence.
 
Our aim is to help get each young person into suitable employment.
