Prestigious Award for Towcester Estate Agent
This week I’m proud to announce that our Towcester office is celebrating an exceptional achievement by completing our Sales and Letting training through The Guild of Property Professionals, the UK’s most prestigious network of independent agents.
All the staff - myself, Marcus Humphries, Vanessa Marriott, Judy Seal and Toby Brown – have worked hard to gain this award (Guild Advanced and Associate status) which required a thorough knowledge, understanding and testing of 40 modules.
The modules were organised into four key components; Fundamentals of Effective Selling; Valuing and Property Appraisal Skills; Marketing and Property Promotion and Developing your Estate Agency Skill Set.
The Guild represents the highest standards in independent estate agency, a national network of almost 800 carefully selected independent estate agents working together to consistently raise standards of excellence and professionalism in the industry.
I was very proud of our team before this award but now know we have the best-trained team in the Towcester area.
