October Farmers Market

Friday 11th October 2019 is the date of the next Towcester Farmers Market, and it will be even bigger after the successful relaunch last month.
The market takes place on every second Friday of each month, in Richmond Road car park in Towcester, next to Dominos and behind Waitrose, and runs from 9am to 1.30pm.
The relaunch market proved to be extremely popular, and the October market will see even more stalls attending, with 15 expected, and others might still confirm before the day.
There is a great mix of products and produce available from the vendors, with all stall holders returning from the last market, and 2 confirmed additions, with one providing knitted items and a selection of wool, and another providing a selection of breakfast and lunch hot food.
There is a unique element to some of the stock that can be bought, and all stall holders are local. The market is a great outlet for smaller businesses in the area who would otherwise struggle to sell their goods.
The Towcester and District Lions Club have been running the market since 2005, taking over from South Northants Council, and it is now run by Lions volunteers. All money raised goes to charities that the Lions club support.
