Over £500 was raised at Saturday's dance to 60's and 70's music with Fynnius Fogg at Towcestrians Sports Club. As always, the band was very entertaining and played for free to enable us to raise as much as possible towards the Tove Valley Centre Project. Our thanks go to the band, to everyone who came along and to Anne whho donated two flower arrangements that were auctioned on the evening. We look forward to welcoming Fynnius Fogg back to Towcester in October 2020.
The Tove Valley Centre will be built on Northampton Road, Towcester in 2020. It will be a community facility available for hire on a regular or occasional basis. We expect the building to be used for family celebrations and large scale town events as well as for regular meetings by local groups plus organisations not currently providing services in Towcester. It will become the home of Tove Valley Baptist Fellowship, enabling us to expand and develop the groups and services that we currently provide. We also expect that other groups already operating in Towcester will be able to offer more due to the facilities that will become available. For more information, please visit our website www.tovevalleycentre.co.uk
We are still seeking donations for the fit out of the building and landscaping of the grounds from local businesses or anyone wishing to support this important community project.
For more information and to find out what we can offer in return, please email contact@tovevalleycentre.co.uk
