The annual Boxing Day tradition was attended by thousands of hunt supporters and well wishers as Boxing Day dawned bright and sunny, slick arrangements on car parking meant that cars were parked on hardstanding and four wheel drives on the park land this made leaving much easier.
The bright weather meant that it was good to see the hunt turn out with hounds to thousands of spectators and hunt supporters proving the hunt’s popularity with the rural community despite a ban on fox hunting introduced by the Hunting Act in 2005.
Many Towcester people and taken the opportunity to stretch their legs and walk up Northampton Road to see the spectacle.
