Bay Tree Cottage in Farthingstone, NN12, is holding a game cookery evening workshop with local professional  chef Sarah Hollowell on Wednesday 23 January 2019 from 7-9pm.

During the evening, attendees will get hands-on learning how to prepare a bird in the feather and will then discover how to cook up a number of dishes using locally sourced game.

Sarah is a Cordon Bleu trained chef and caters for many shoot lunches and dinners, giving her a wonderful repertoire of recipes and dishes to share. The evening will end with everyone sitting down to sample the dishes that have been made.
