AAA Training Solutions welcomes new Contract Manager

LUCIE JOHNSON has recently taken up a post at AAA Training Solutions based in Somerset as its new Contract Manager (September 2019).
Lucie has joined the national training provider, which has its head offices in Weston-super-Mare following the company’s on-going health and social care sector contract wins.
Lucie said: “The AAA Training team has a great track record and I am delighted to be joining them, and helping build the business further, while also assisting people with developing their careers through comprehensive training and top-notch qualifications.”
She brings to AAA Training a wealth of knowledge and experience as a qualified Assessor after being employed across various sectors within work-based learning and education.
David Grant, AAA’s CEO said: “Before joining us, Lucie previously worked in education and training for a number of years.
“She brings to our team a wealth of knowledge and experience as a qualified Assessor after being employed across various sectors within work-based learning and education.”
More recently, Lucie was a Team Leader at a Grade 1 training provider, ensuring quality, compliance and timely achievements occurred across her group of assessors.
David added: “Within this role, she also worked with an experienced team of professionals and put together the Apprenticeship standards for end-point assessment (EPA) within her field.
“Lucie is highly-driven and is passionate about achieving success within the apprenticeship sector. She has a clear vision for developing staff towards excellence, in teaching and learning, while motivating and improving the performance of her team simultaneously.
“It’s a pleasure to have her working here with us at AAA and I’d like to take this opportunity to officially welcome her aboard.”
AAA Training is on the ESFA’s Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) and partners with clients to provide programmes that specifically meet their needs and to assist them in upskilling their existing workforce through the qualification.
David continued: “We also work closely with care providers to deliver high quality RQF training and assessments within our Apprenticeship Programme.”
AAA’s experienced national team of trainers and assessors deliver a comprehensive range of courses from Level 2 through to Level 5. It also ensures organisations fully benefit from the Apprenticeship Levy and offers training and qualifications in Leadership and Management.
