Needles & Pins UK Ltd acquires RADS Ltd

 AN INDUSTRIAL textile sewing company in Somerset has recently acquired the sewing division of Ramp Aerospace & Defence Systems (RADS) Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

Needles & Pins UK Ltd, which specialises in Ground Support Equipment for the global aviation industry, retained all the original staff from RADS and no jobs were lost in the process.

Carole Champion, Director of Needles & Pins UK Ltd, based at Somerton Business Park, said: "I am very happy and excited that we've acquired this high quality and much sought-after arm of RADS.

"Working alongside the staff, we will be continuously driving our company forward to an even better position within the current market.

"No jobs were lost and the original five staff were all retained. Additional people have now joined the company, resulting in the team now having more than 40 years combined experience in industrial textile sewing."

Needles & Pins UK Ltd is an expert, ISO 9001:2015 UKAS certified, industrial textile sewing company specialising in Ground Support Equipment for the global aviation industry.
