Training provider wins apprenticeship funding in Wales

A LEADING training provider is winning funding in Wales for domiciliary care companies so they can up-skill their employees and boost staff retention (June, 2018).
AAA Training Solutions provides apprenticeships for Welsh home care agencies wishing to train-up their teams from level two up to level five including Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).
Managing Director, Steve Horler, who has been employed in the sector for 15 years, explained: "We're able to help organisations in Wales up-skill their existing and new staff through apprenticeship qualifications, which are available for all team members regardless of their age or seniority in the business.
"The funding is free to secure and we're experts in the field with regards assisting agencies with accessing their apprenticeship levy pot to cover the training."
Since it launched in 2017, AAA Training has been helping organisations offering care to individuals at home across Wales and has recently secured additional contracts in South Wales.

AAA Training Solutions specialises in apprenticeship management and assisting care providers in Wales with sourcing funding to support their programmes and maximise usage within the necessary timescales.
