Last Man Stands Glamorgan is actively looking for companies or social teams to enter a team or teams in the 1st ever Welsh/Cardiff corporate league of this great game. What is LastManStands?
Last Man Stands is the widest reaching amateur cricket league in the world, bringing together like minded individuals from all walks of life, countries, religions, sex, and races, to enjoy this wonderful format of cricket. Spread over five countries and 30 different cities, with +30 000 registered players all competing together.
This great social outdoor 8-a-side T20 cricket game lasts +/- 2 hours. All 8 wickets are needed to bowl a cricket team out. When the seventh wicket falls, the Last Man Stands on his own!
Each player receives cricket statistics and world rankings online. This allows teams to play cricket locally, and compare their performances to other LMS T20 cricket sides from around the world. All LMS teams receive Team World Rankings as well. Please visit our FAQ page to find out more.
The superb interactive website for amateur cricketers across the globe, gives the amateur cricketer the luxury of detailed stats and rankings, usually reserved for professionals - and is truly addictive. It's easy for skippers to organise a team & keep players coming back for more cricket! Fixture reminders are automatically sent out to the squad, and each player can build up his career stats and rankings which keeps cricket players coming back for more.
There are currently 1000 teams & approx 30,000 players playing Last Man Stands T20 League Cricket!
Last Man Stands has now come to Wales and we are now open for team registrations for the upcoming Cardiff league. We are also on the lookout for more pitches to hire in and around Cardiff.
