Cardiff is a vibrant city, full of open green spaces, affordable housing and great places to eat and drink. Really, it's no surprise you want to live there.

Cardiff is a vibrant city, full of open green spaces, affordable housing and great places to eat and drink. Really, it's no surprise you want to live there.

However, if you need some more convincing, here are just six reasons to head to relocate to CF24 ASAP.

Cardiff has a goddamn castle in the city centre
Let's start with one of the Welsh capital's most striking features: the castle right at the heart of the city centre. It's vast, ornate and truly spectacular. Plus, the CF24 postcode backs right onto the heart of Cardiff's centre, making it a snip to walk there and take a look around.

You'll be in a vibrant student city and neighbourhood
CF24 contains most all of Cardiff's student housing, which not only means that it's more affordable in parts, it's also filled with things going on every day of the week. From parties to bars to quirky cafés, you'll find what you're looking for-or what you never knew you needed-in CF24.

There are lots of open spaces
Cardiff may be the Welsh capital, but it's also a remarkably green city. From the massive Bute Park just to the west of the CF24 area, to Roath and Maindy a little to the north, you'll always be super close to trees, nature and open spaces. Perfect for those with pets or little ones...or both!

You'll be in spitting distance of Cardiff Bay
CF24 runs right down to the Cardiff coast, encompassing Adamsdown and East Moors. If you choose to live down that end of the area, you'll be able to take advantage of having the recently redeveloped Cardiff Bay and the striking Millennium Centre right on your doorstep.

The nightlife is incredible
We've touched upon the proximity to both the centre and Cardiff Bay, but it's worth giving the Cardiff nightlife a whole point of its own. Whether you like craft beers, cocktails or just straight up dancing, there's a bar, club or pub for you. And then for those on a budget, there's the recently revamped Woodville right in the heart of CF24, which offers student prices, board games and regular pub quizzes.

The Victorian arcades are gorgeous
In the city centre, as well as a castle, you've also got plenty of shopping options. Take the St. David's Centre, for example. However, for those wanting something a little more niche and lot more spectacular when shopping, check out the Victorian arcades. Filled with cosy cafes, bars and restaurants, there are also cheese stores, specialty drinks shops and even violin emporiums. Perfect for browsing!
