New Fitness Classes for Evolve

Whether you're a beginner or a hard core fitness fanatic, Evolve at Friary Grange Leisure Centre has something for you.
Evolve has introduced Bodybar to its weekly fitness timetable on Wednesdays at 10.30am and Fridays at 6pm. Bodybar is a fantastic new conditioning class using a weighted bar to help tone, sculpt and define muscle groups. This class is designed to help develop sleek legs, tight abdominals and toned upper body.
Or if you are looking for something challenging, why not have a go at Evolve's Kick and Condition class, on Tuesdays from 8pm? Kick and Condition is a high impact martial arts based class incorporating hard core conditioning. This is an advanced total body workout - not for the faint hearted.
For those who are just starting out, there is a beginners Step class running every Thursday from 6pm. This class is to introduce the 'stepper' to the ever popular Step classes which will improve co-ordination and help tone bums and thighs.
