Well for a start I am also a business owner, and I have 20+ years experience in developing businesses, building teams, and reducing their costs, which means that I'm not just a theorist. Who is coached?

Generally, I work with the owners of businesses. I also have clients where I work with their managers. In these cases, they are making good profit, they have systems in place, but their teams are not working at full capacity. We work together to make the managers of the business realise that they can run the business, and that the owners of the business do not have to be sought out to resolve every problem or decide every strategy. The size of businesses I work with varies from two people to 200. So, you see it's not the size but the people that are important.
