The playwright, Samuel Beckett, was winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1969 and ranks amongst the most important influences in the history of modern theatre.
Written shortly after World War II, the play continues to inspire translations and audiences internationally with its vision of human existence, unconventional plot structure, iconic characterisations and humour.
Sudbury Dramatic Society seeks to present these qualities through outstanding performances by some of its finest actors.
NB Pre-theatre suppers available Friday and Saturday evenings only.
