Sudbury RUFC needs your help

Sudbury RUFC have loads to do before they start next season and they need to start as early as possible to ensure they are ready for what will be the biggest season at Sudbury for a long long time with the senior teams getting promotion last season and with the great strides the youth, minis and the girls have made we need to be ready for a great season, but they also need to prepare for the world cup and what could be a great increase in numbers of players particularly in the mini, youth and girls sections.

The club must continue to develop and the trustees are doing their bit by agreeing to tarmac the players car park and repair the floors within the club and Gym.

So they need help to do some other work about the club to make everyones life easier next season.

The event will take place over the weekend 20th and 21st June and they want to make sure they have enough people to do the work and have the equipment in place so the club does not spend half the time waiting around so can you please read what needs to be done and volunteer wherever you can, half a day or both days your time will be much appreciated.

Please reply via email saying which day you can do and for how long so they can arrange teas/coffees and bacon or similar as you will be kept fed and watered as we go along.

Please email Bob on bob.waller@sudburyrfc.com.

Kids are welcome and they can go onto the school pitch to get some training in while they wait.

You will see that we could do with 50 people in total to get the work done and you will also see we have some leaders already but if you would like to take control of an area then please say so when you reply.
