Synergy Cafe in Sudbury, Suffolk welcomes people living with dementia to join us, every Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) with their family carer or a friend,  to socialise, relax, participate in enjoyable activities and receive information and practical support. There is also dedicated time available with our trained facilitators, who can help source other support you might need.
