Travis to kick off musical entertainment at Silverstone British Grand Prix on Thursday 13 July 2017
Adding to the entertainment at this year’s FORMULA 1 BRITISH GRAND PRIX (14 - 16 July 2017), Silverstone Circuits Limited has announced that two-time Brit Award winners, Travis, will be kicking off the UK’s premier motor racing event in style, performing on the evening of Thursday 13 July.
Tickets for the concert, overlooking the famous circuit, went on pre-sale on Friday 17
February and are initially available exclusively to existing British Grand Prix ticket holders at the reduced price of £37.50 with no booking or postage fee.
Following the four day exclusive booking period, Travis concert tickets will go on general sale, priced at £40 each, at 09:00hrs on Tuesday 21 February, via the Silverstone Call Centre (0844 3728 300*) and website www.silverstone.co.uk.
Fans will have the option to purchase a ticket for the Thursday evening concert (price includes free parking at Silverstone Circuit), or combine it with passes to the FORMULA 1 BRITISH GRAND PRIX.
Stuart Pringle, Silverstone’s Sporting Director, commented: “Over the years the British Grand Prix has become so much more than just a race on the Sunday. Fans now come for the entire weekend and make the most of the entertainment that we have on offer. The Silverstone fans thoroughly enjoy the concerts we hold over the course of the Grand Prix event, and Travis will be a great way to start the weekend.”
Tickets for the Travis concert at Silverstone are now on sale to fans that have purchased tickets to the 2017 FORMULA 1 British Grand Prix.
