Goals Sunderland would like to invite local businesses to our latest Charity Fundraising Tournament on Sunday 19th June.

As a football business we understand the powerful role this sport can play in people's lives and we recognise the fantastic work Sunderland AFC Foundation does in supporting the local community across the region. For this reason we would like to show our support by organising a Charity Fundraising tournament in which all proceeds raised will go to the Foundation's ‘Making Moves' programme which delivers coaching to disabled children within the region and gives them an opportunity to enjoy sport and physical activity.

To show your support we would like to invite you to take part our Inaugural SAFC Foundation Charity 5's Tournament at the Brand New Goals 5 a-side complex at the City of Sunderland College on Durham Road. It will cost £80 to enter a team of 8 players; however we invite businesses to bring down as many supporters as possible because we will have additional activities on offer throughout the afternoon. Off the pitch people will be able to enjoy a nice buffet as well as use of our comfortable bar area.

On the pitch the tournament will be kicking off at 1pm and we will be taking care of everything, with FA qualified referees and live scores on our HD screens. The winners of the competition will receive the Inaugural Charity Cup with runners up and winners' medals also on offer for the finalists. Our centre has modern changing rooms, all with hot showers and locker facilities as well as free parking and a modern lounge area with a licensed bar. All this makes for a fantastic day of fun and football.
