If you are looking to take those exciting first steps towards underwater exploration, or if you are already a qualified scuba diver looking for scuba diving buddies then we can help.
We offer training at all levels from beginners wanting to learn to dive to advanced courses in weekly sessions on most Tuesday evenings between 19:30 and 22:00.
Divers who have already got a qualification from any agency are welcome, either to continue training or just to go diving.
Further to diving qualifications we also offer skill development courses such as boat handling, chartwork and position fixing, first aid, oxygen administration, compressor operation, nitrox and advanced decompression.
For training purposes we regularly visit Stoney Cove.
We organise many trips to the UK coast throughout the year and boast our own custom built modern dive boat. What better way to spend a weekend than playing underwater with the grey seals of the Farne Islands or exploring wrecks off the Plymouth coast?
We also regularly arrange trips abroad, for example to the Red Sea, Norway and Scapa Flow.
As a club we hold many social events throughout the year including Christmas meal, curry nights, BBQs, trips to see fireworks and quiz nights.
We have members from all over the midlands including from Lutterworth, Loughborough, Leicester, Rugby, Market Harborough, Northampton, Stoney Stanton and Nuneaton.
Scuba training from LSAC is limited to people over 12 years of age.
For 12-17 year olds we ask that a parent or guardian is present during all training and open water sessions.
