England 2018's campaign is heating up just as the 2010 World Cup is about to start, with the opening games kicking off later this week.
The domestic football season might have drawn to a exciting close, but England 2018's campaign is reaching boiling point. We now have just under six months to convince FIFA we're the right choice to host the biggest event in sport.
Every week new A-list backers are signing up to back the Bid. Our ads and flags are lighting up stadiums across the country, and ambassadors such as Andy Cole, John Barnes, David Ginola and others are globetrotting to drum up support.
Many supporters have shown their dedication by Backing the Bid, but we can't let up now so I'm asking you to step up and show off your support to the world.
That's what I did at Wembley recently when I joined Peter Crouch to project our signatures onto the magnificent stadium walls and launch BT's new supporter flag. Upload your face to the BT England 2018 flag and you could you win big prizes, such as the chance for you attend a World Cup Bid party at the top of the BT Tower.
On 14 May, England's 2018's Bid team, led by David Beckham, handed over our official Bid Book to FIFA in Zurich. This was a massive day in the campaign. Our hopes and dreams of a World Cup in England are set in stone, so it's vital everyone comes together to prove we're the most passionate football country on earth.
