HUBBOX opens the doors of its new restaurant at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth this week.
The 120 capacity restaurant officially opened its doors today, Wednesday 11th September, serving HUBBOX’s signature blend of 21 day dry-aged beef burgers, ‘Hubwurst’ hot dogs, chargrilled steaks and kebabs.
With Michelin-trained chef Grant Nethercott as Head of Food, quality produce, sustainable sourcing and good relationships with suppliers are the heartbeat of HUBBOX.
The restaurant also has an extensive plant-based menu of alternatives on offer; takeaway is available for both the regular and vegan menu.
HUBBOX Founder and CEO, Richard Boon, said: “We’re looking forward to bringing our independent spirit into the heart of this buzzing maritime city. The call of the sea is very much part of our identity, which makes this the perfect location for our latest venture.”
Commenting on the opening, Yvonne Clay, Senior Marketing Manager at Gunwharf Quays, said: “We are delighted to welcome HUBBOX to Gunwharf Quays. We are confident that the new restaurant will be a hit for the local community and visitors to the city alike, complementing our already impressive dining offer at the centre.”
