Hello everyone, We hope you had a good week and managed to escape unscathed from the battering we got from Storm Eunice. We featured lots of dramatic photos and videos of the storm on the Island City Living social media pages, portraying just how ferocious it was. If you don't already, you can join 35,000 others and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. We are particularly pleased to feature a story written by Max Masters in this week's newsletter, as he is currently on work experience with us. Max is a third your student of Journalism at the University of Portsmouth, and his passion for film resulted in him writing a great feature on our very own No.6 Cinema. He will also be writing a review of Kenneth Branagh's latest film, the Oscar nominated ‘Belfast'; look out for this next week's newsletter. This week is of course half term for many children, so an ideal time to download our mobile app, which features lots of half term activities and events taking place across the City, in our comprehensive events guide. You can download the app for free at: iOS/App Store: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/island-city-living/id1556253326 Android/Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=online.blam.islandci Thank you for your continued support. We had over 70,000 visitis to our website last week, which is amazing!!! Have a great week The Island City Living & AboutMyArea Team
