Exciting times ahead - Hip & Harmony CIC have received the blessing of Neston Female Society and a number of partner organisations to put together a commemorative project for the 200th anniversary of Neston Ladies Day. A funding bid has gone in, so fingers crossed that we're successful and can get the whole community involved in this wonderful celebration. We'll keep everyone updated, watch this space! Coming up this weekend is the Vintage, Retro and Craft Fair at Neston Town Hall - well worth popping in, plenty of stalls selling a wide variety of goods. Also on Saturday it's BBC Radio 4's Gardeners Question Time Summer Party at Ness - sure to be a wonderful day. Has anyone else noticed that Neston is coming over all musical? There seem to be concerts of one musical genre or another on every week, which is great. Plenty more listed in this week's Neston News. Last weekend's Acoustic Night at Elephant Coffee was a highlight for me, but as the more observant will have noticed, I have good reason to be biased!
