We can credit Bernard Rose Photography for capturing this week's header shot of the dramatic skies hovering over the marshes, the Dee Estuary and beautiful Welsh hills. We love to see your photo contributions, please email us ay time.

Briarfield Gardens Open weekend was a wash-out in the stormy weather last week and so they're hosting a pop-up event Sunday 27 February, giving us one more chance to enjoy their festival of snowdrops.

Looking ahead to Mother's Day, celebrate the special lady in your family, with a Sunday Roast at The Neston Club; lovely people, delicious food, fabulous surroundings.
